CheckInSight pilot
Privacy Notice
Effective October 2, 2026
CheckInSight is currently operating as a pilot for meeting check-in, attendance management, and participation reporting. This notice covers the pilot, this website, and related inquiries.
The technology is provided by Johnnathan Rodriguez, operating under the name NobleScale Technologies. The participating PTA or organization determines how it uses its attendance information. It may have a separate privacy notice for its activities and records.
Information we collect
Depending on the meeting and the information requested on its check-in form, we collect limited information needed for attendance management. This may include:
- Your name and email address.
- PTA membership status and grade-level information associated with your household.
- Meeting attendance and check-in details.
- Your choice about receiving PTA email updates.
We also receive information you choose to send when contacting us about early access, support, or privacy. The service uses administrator account information to provide administrative access.
How information is used
Attendance information is used for PTA attendance, participation, communication, and administrative purposes. NobleScale processes information to operate and support CheckInSight, respond to inquiries, and protect the service.
CheckInSight does not sell attendee information or use attendance records for advertising.
PTA email updates are optional
Choosing not to receive PTA email updates does not prevent you from checking in to a meeting. Your email preference is recorded for the PTA. Contact your PTA to change that preference, or contact us for help routing your request.
Changing your email preference does not itself delete your attendance record. Your PTA manages its own mailing lists and any exported copies.
Who can access attendance information
Within CheckInSight, attendance data is accessible only to authorized Admin and Superadmin accounts. It is not available to other attendees or the public.
NobleScale’s owner and designated infrastructure administrator is the only person with administrative access to the pilot’s Amazon Web Services infrastructure. Infrastructure access may be used for service operation, maintenance, security, and support.
Technical providers process information as needed to deliver their services, including hosting and storage. The pilot uses Amazon Web Services. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Retention and deletion
Pilot attendance records are subject to the retention period configured for the pilot environment and may be removed after that period. Contact us for the current period applicable to your organization.
Removal from the active application does not necessarily mean immediate deletion from backups. Backup deletion timing is being reviewed during the pilot; we do not currently promise a fixed deadline for removal from every backup.
PTAs may export attendance records for their own administration. Those copies are managed by the PTA and are not removed when a record is deleted from CheckInSight. Please direct requests about exported records to the PTA as well.
Website and outside services
The CheckInSight marketing website and pilot application load fonts from Google Fonts. The pilot application also loads a QR-code library from cdnjs.cloudflare.com, a content delivery service provided by Cloudflare. When you open these pages, your browser connects to the relevant providers to retrieve these resources, sharing connection information such as your IP address and request details. Hosting providers also receive connection information when serving the website or application.
When you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. Links to other websites, including the organization’s website, are subject to those websites’ own privacy practices.
Questions and privacy requests
To ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion, email info@noblescaletechnologies.io. Please identify the PTA or organization and meeting involved. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with your organization to respond. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page and its effective date when our privacy practices change. For questions about this notice, contact NobleScale Technologies — Privacy Contact at info@noblescaletechnologies.io.
